Tuna Cashew Casserole
3 oz can chow mein noodles
1 can condensed cream of mushroom soup
1/4 c water
6 1/2 oz can water-packed tuna
1/4 c cashews nuts, salted
1 c celery, chopped
1/4 c onion, minced
salt and pepper to taste
Set aside 1/3 cup chow mein noodles.
In a 1 1/2 quart casserole, combine remaining noodles, soup, water, tuna, nuts, celery, onions,salt and pepper.
Sprinkle reserved noodles on top. Bake at 325 degrees for 40 minutes.
