Vegan Ranch Dressing
1 cup vegan mayonnaise
2 teaspoons dried dill
1 teaspoon granulated garlic
1/2 teaspoon onion powder
1/4–1/2 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon pepper
1 and 1/2 tablespoons dill pickle juice
1 teaspoon apple cider vinegar
Add all ingredients to a small bowl and whisk until combined.
Serve right away or let the dressing chill in the fridge for 30 minutes, so the flavors marry.
Great as a dip for vegetables, chips, and of course awesome on salads.
