Zucchini Jam
Ingredients
6 cups peeled and grated zucchini
5 cups white sugar
1 19oz can crushed pineapple
1/2 cup lemon juice
1 6 oz pkg jello, lime or cherry
Directions
Combine zucchini, sugar, undrained pineapple & lemon juice in a large pot. Bring to a boil slowly. Boil until tender approx. 2 minutes. Add jello. Stir until it is all dissolved about 2 more minutes. Spoon into sterile jars. Seal and refrigerate.

Do you have to refrigerate all jars when you are done?
