I made this yesterday, cooked in about ~25-30min. Very easy batter to prepare however the result was super dry, texture like sand in your mouth. Definitely needs more moisture (yogurt maybe?) to lend it some moistness. I’m going to try and apply a simple syrup to give it body because at this point it’s like eating dense dry (corn) crumbs.
If anyone else tries it out let me know! And any suggestions to help.
