Dill Pickle Bloody Mary Toasts

Ingredients:
3 slices sourdough bread, toasted
¼ cup cream cheese
2 tbsp. mayonnaise
2 tbsp. dill pickle juice
¼ cup finely chopped dill pickles
½ tsp. celery salt (plus extra for garnish)
½ tsp. paprika or smoked paprika
1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
1 tbsp. fresh dill, chopped
drizzle of tomato juice + hot sauce + lemon juice
Instructions:
In a small bowl, mix cream cheese, mayonnaise, pickle juice, and chopped pickles until smooth and creamy.
Toast the sourdough slices until golden and crisp.
Spread the creamy pickle mixture over each slice.
Top with halved cherry tomatoes, then sprinkle with celery salt and paprika.
Drizzle with the tomato juice blend.
Garnish with fresh dill and a mini pickle spear if desired.
