Ingredients:
4 chicken breasts, skinless, boneless
1 head of broccoli
1 cup BBQ sauce (any kind)
sesame seeds
1/2 cup orange marmalade
1/2 cup soy sauce
scallions for top
Instructions:
AF chicken & broccoli for 15 minutes. Remove broccoli
Mix together BBQ sauce, orange marmalade & soy sauce well.
Brush over both sides of chicken and broil for 10 minutes or desired crispness.
Cut chicken into pieces and add broccoli.
Garnish with sesame seeds and scallions.
