Air Fryer Mini Pineapple Upside Down Cakes

Ingredients:
1 box yellow cake mix
Substitute pineapple juice for water
1 egg
11 rings of canned pineapple
11 maraschino cherries
11 tablespoons butter/margarine 1 per ramekin
22 tablespoons brown sugar 2 tablespoons per ramekin
Instructions:
Make the cake mix as per directions on the box except switch out pineapple juice for water. Then once the batter is mixed butter your ramekins and put 1 tablespoon melted butter in the bottom
Top with 2 tablespoons Brown sugar then a pineapple slice and put a marachino cherry in the middle. Add cake batter to fill the of the ramekin and bake.
Bake 4 at a time if you have a dual air fryer
Cook at 350⁰ F for approx. 16 minutes on the bake till golden.
