Apple Cranberry Relish

Ingredients:
3 pounds apples, peeled and cored, cut into 1 inch cubes
1 cup fresh cranberries
1 navel orange, peeled and chopped
1/3 cup raisins
1 1/2 cups water
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
Instructions:
Place all ingredients in a pot and bring to a boil
Reduce heat, cover and simmer for 20 minutes or until the apples and cranberries are soft, stirring frequently. Add more liquid if necessary.
Mash with a potato masher. Serve warm or at room temperature.
