Berry Protein Smoothie

Ingredients:
6 oz container non-fat blueberry Greek yogurt
½ cup frozen or fresh blueberries, or any other berries that you like
1 scoop vanilla protein powder
½ cup crushed ice
1 cup water
chia seeds (optional)
Instructions:
Place all ingredients in a blender and mix on high until well blended.
You can top with fresh blueberries if you like.
Sprinkle with chia seeds. (optional)
Serve immediately.
