Cheddar and Rosemary Irish Soda Bread

Ingredients:
2 cups all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 cup buttermilk
2 cups cheddar cheese, shredded or diced
2 tablespoons rosemary, chopped
Instructions:
Mix everything together.
Form the dough into the desired shape,
Place on a baking pan and bake in a preheated 425F/220C oven until lightly golden brown, about 20-30 minutes.
*Option: Replace some of the flour with whole wheat flour!
*Option: Sprinkle some extra cheese on top.
