Crockpot Potato Soup

Ingredients:
8 potatoes, chopped
1 onion, chopped small
2 celery stalks, cut small
2 carrots, cut small
1 can chicken broth
2 tbsp. parsley
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 cup milk
1/2 cup flour
shredded cheddar cheese, to taste
chopped green onion, to taste
Instructions:
Put all ingredients into a crockpot (except milk and flour).
Add water to within 1 inch of the top of the crockpot.
Cook for 4-6 hrs.
1 hour before mix milk and flour together and add to soup.
Thicken and serve.
