Matcha Green Tea Ice Cream

Ingredients:
1 1/2 cups canned coconut milk
1/4 cup sweetened condensed coconut milk
2 tbsp matcha green tea powder
1/3 cup granulated sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract
Pinch of salt
Instructions:
In a blender, combine canned coconut milk, sweetened condensed coconut milk, matcha green tea powder, granulated sugar, vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt.
Blend until the mixture is smooth.
Pour the mixture into an ice cream maker and churn according to the manufacturer's instructions.
Transfer the ice cream to an airtight container and freeze until firm.
Serve the Japanese Matcha Green Tea Ice Cream for a refreshing and vibrant dessert.
