Ingredients:
1 4-inch piece ginger
4 cups filtered water
1 stick cinnamon
1/2 lemon , juiced
1 tbsp. apple cider vinegar
pinch chili flakes to taste
Instructions:
Slice your ginger into thin slices and add to water jug.
Pour in the filtered water and add cinnamon stick. Place in fridge to steep overnight.
In the morning, add the juice of 1/2 lemon to a juice cup. Add apple cider vinegar and 1 to 2 oz. of the infused water.
Add more water if you like it more diluted if you find it too strong). Add a pinch cayenne to taste.
