Ingredients:
6 cup peeled and grated Zucchini
5 cup white sugar
1-19 oz. can crushed pineapple
1/2 cup lemon juice
1 pkg. lime or cherry jello
Instructions:
Combine zucchini, sugar, undrained pineapple and lemon juice in a large pot.
Bring to a boil slowly and boil until tender about 2 minutes.
Add jello and stir until dissolved.
Stir into clean jars and seal.
Refrigerate.
