Air Fryer Potato Cakes

Ingredients:
4 medium potatoes, grated
1 small onion, finely chopped
1 egg
1/4 cup flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp black pepper
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1/2 tsp. dried parsley
cooking oil
Instructions:
Grate the onion and potatoes. After grating the potatoes and onion, squeeze off any extra moisture using a fresh kitchen towel or cheesecloth.
Add all ingredients into a bowl. . Blend until thoroughly blended.
Preheat your air fryer to 400°F.
Form a patty out of roughly 1/4 cup of the potato mixture. Proceed with the leftover blend.
Apply a thin layer of cooking spray to the potato cakes two sides.
In the air fryer basket, arrange the potato cakes in a single layer. Don’t crowd them. You might have to cook them in batches.
Cook for 10 to 12 minute
