Ingredients:
3 cups mashed potatoes
1 cup corn, drained
12 oz. popcorn chicken
1½ cups shredded cheese
1 cup brown gravy
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
Spread mashed potatoes in a greased 9x13 baking dish. Layer corn evenly on top.
Cook popcorn chicken as directed and arrange over the corn.
Sprinkle shredded cheese over the top.
Bake for 15 minutes, until cheese is melted.
Remove from oven and drizzle warm brown gravy over the casserole.
