Ingredients:
Cucumbers, sliced into thin chips (use a mandolin)
Apple Cider Vinegar for soaking
Sea salt
Instructions:
Slice cucumber into thin chips ( I used a mandolin) Let cucumber soak in vinegar (I used ACV) for a few hours (2-3)
Place on dehydrator racks and sprinkle with sea salt.
