Ingredients:
1 cup butter (2 sticks)
2 cups sugar
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 eggs
2 1/2 cups sifted all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1 cup course chopped pecans
1/2 cup golden raisins
1 cup sour cream
Cinnamon Sugar*
Instructions:
Cream butter. Add sugar a little at a time, creaming after each addition. Stir in vanilla.
Add eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition.
In a separate bowl, sift together flour, baking powder,
salt, and cinnamon.
