Vegan Kefta

Ingredients:
1 pound plant based meat
1 bunch chopped parsley
1 1/2 cup cooked quinoa
chopped small onion (optional)
1 tbsp. seven spice
olive oil
lemon juice
Instructions:
Mix together ingredients except lemon. Form Small egg shaped balls.
Place in oiled pan.
Sprinkle lemon juice on them.
Cook in 350° oven for 30 minutes.
Serve with tahini sauce or hummus and some variation of tabouli
