8 Layer Dip

Ingredients:
30 oz. can of refried beans
4 oz. can fire-roasted diced green chiles
16 oz. guacamole (or make your own)
16 oz. sour cream with 1-ounce taco seasoning packet stirred in
4 oz. can chopped or sliced black olives, drained
1 large tomato, diced
5 green onions, chopped
3 cups shredded Cheddar or Monterey Jack cheese
Instructions:
Layer everything in the order listed above in a serving dish of your liking.
Serve right away with tortilla chips. Or cover with foil and chill in the refrigerator.
**Tip: Cover the guacamole layer completely with the sour cream layer; if you do, the avocado doesn’t darken.
