Autumn Squash

Ingredients:
2 tablespoons olive oil
2 zucchini, sliced
2 yellow squash, sliced
2 onions, sliced
2 tomatoes, quartered
2 garlic cloves, minced
1/4 cup pitted green or black olives, sliced in half
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions:
In a large skillet or wok, combine all the ingredients.
Cook over medium heat for 10 to 15 minutes, or until the zucchini and yellow squash are tender, stirring occasionally.
