Cheesy Potato Casserole

Ingredients:
2 lb frozen hash browns
1⁄2 cup butter
1 can (10 1/2 ounce) cream of chicken soup
1 cup sour cream
1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
1⁄4 cup onion, diced
1 salt, to taste
1 pepper, to taste
Instructions:
Defrost potatoes, melt butter, and mix together all ingredients.
Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour in a 9 x 13 baking dish.
