Healthy Chicken Breasts

Ingredients:
A half cup of fresh lemon juice
Two tablespoons of virgin olive oil
Three garlic cloves, minced
Seven pieces of chicken breast, boneless and skinless
One teaspoon of sea salt
One teaspoon of black pepper
Instructions:
Open the grill and prepare it to medium-high heat.
Combine the lemon juice, virgin olive oil, minced garlic and the chicken breast.
Place it in a sealed plastic bag.
Sprinkle it eventually in salt and pepper.
Place the chicken on the grill and spray it with some cooking spray.
Grill it evenly on both sides, around five to seven minutes on each side.
Cook Time: 30 minutes
