Ingredients:
2 cup flour
2 Tblsp. sugar
1 tsp. baking powder
2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
2 cup cold butter
1 cup plain yogurt
1 tsp. grated lemon rind
Instructions:
Combine dry ingredients & blend in butter. Add yogurt and lemon rind. Form into a ball. Pat dough out to 1 inch thickness. Use a 2 inch cutter to cut out scones. Place on an ungreased cookie sheet. 425 for 12-15 minutes. Makes 1 dozen.
